William Wesley is better than magic.

I wonder if he knows where I'll be working next year.

No one is better than Greg Hill, don't forget that.

wow. this man does everything. love the reggie quote. it really says a lot. "he injects himself into the middle of everything!"

i'm not sure what i think of wes as a whole. i usually find myself very much against this type of influence. but he seems to help out at times. his instructions for ai to "quit (complaining) and get your a.. to practice" complicate it for me. he isn't all bad, certainly. he helps many people. barbosa certainly benefited. a very complicated issue, for sure. and very, very mysterious. great find on the article.

It's really hard to say if Wes is good or bad for the game of basketball. For the players, of course he appears to be good on the surface. He's helping them make deals and getting them where they want to be.

But for the recruiting game, I'm not so sure it's good for Wes to "deliver" players to certain schools. It almost seems that the schools who are in good with Wes are the ones getting the best players. For a variety of reasons, that just doesn't sit well with me.

i agree. he came off as a good guy in this article. he seemed like he really did care about the players. but the lebron james agent issue, and the "directing" of players to certain teams just really bothers me. in my opinion, just judging from this article, he is both good and bad. and perhaps necessary, for the moment.
