You know, when everything went down, despite the swath of destruction Sampson had cut through IU basketball, I still had some little twinges of compassion for the guy....I felt like he was just a guy who wanted to win and please so bad that he just couldn't help himself in bending the rules, almost like an alcoholic or a compulsive gambler....I felt a teensy bit of pity.

Those days are long gone. This guy pi**es me off more and more every time he opens his mouth....he needs to be tarred and feathered - with red and white feathers in a candystripe pattern (sure, it would be a lot of extra work to do the candystripe, but it would be worth it). What an unbelievable weasel.

My guess is Sampson has to exhaust the appeal options before he can sue the NCAA - remember Jerry Tarkanian at UNLV!

If KS is "innocent" as he wants all IU nation to believe, then I'd have to say Hitler was just misunderstood and we should consider him for a posthumous Nobel Prize....yeah right!

If the NCAA budges on their ruling on this, they are officially the dumbest organization in history. Kelvin Sampson is openly and blatently saying ...in his eyes he did nothing wrong....despite the evidence etc. and he wants a THIRD chance.

Go ahead NCAA I dare you to let him back in.........
