Inside the Hall: That’s a wrap: Hoosiers fall in opening round of Big Ten Tournament

It is so strange to be feeling better at the end of this year when we only won 6 games, than I did at the end of last year when we won so many. A hopeful future makes a difference, I am thinking.

Thanks for your hard work Hoosiers! Can't wait til Hoosier Hysteria!

Well lets hope we never have to go down this path again....next season

win 1/2 our games or slighty less
Beat PU and Illannoy and I am happy..........

    Don't expect a 20 win season
My starting lineup next year right now is.....

    G-Rivers
    G-Jones
G-Dumes (Don't get down on devan, good kid, good player, he can help us next year)
    F-Wateford
    F Pritchard

In general I agree with your lineup but I question Dumes starting for one reason, "Hulls".

When Hulls plays I want experience in the backcourt and on the floor with him . So I rotate Hulls in the game with Dumes and Williams. Also, against bigger physical teams I start Capo for DUmes as well.

    R.I.P. 2008-09 Hoosiers

May your pluck and spirit live forever. May your talent level improve over the summer. May your losses never be matched. May your turnovers not haunt you in the next incarnation. May your managers never see playing time in a meaningful game again.

Bless you Kyle Taber, your contributions were well received. Bless you Tijan Jobe, may your fadeaway bring others joy when they watch the replay again and again. Bless you Verdell Jones III, your improvement has given us hope and chat room fodder for the months to come. Bless you Tom Crean, you have brought hope back to a demoralized fanbase.

    Until we see you again.

I am glad it's over. That was a tough season.

Let's set realistic expectations for next season. The Big Ten will be tough. Most of the best players in the league will return. If we are at .500 in the league next year Crean will be COY.

If anyone has any links to video of Jobe scoring (heck...of Jobe shooting), then please post. I missed nearly the entire game yesterday but I hear that T.J. threw one down!

I hope like Hell Bawa is not Tijan 2.0, the lack of video on Bawa concerns me...."what are they hiding from us?" :)

Although Bawa is a solid interivew and dresser....

I've seen video of Bawa and he's not Jobe v.2. He's going to need some time, but his basketball skills and instincts are already light years ahead of Tijan.

Off topic but I saw some comments from Dominique Ferguson from Lawrence North talking about how Bloomington South would be a much easier game than North Central. I would love to see South win that regional and absolutely destroy Lawrence North.

Gee I wonder how long before this gets put on the bulletin board......? LN and South would be the ideal finals match up

OK, I was at the game yesterday, and let me just say that Tijan's monster dunk (really, it was!) was the highlight of the game. The fans were asleep, the game was decided (seeing as it was after the tip-off), and that dunk got everyone cheering. It was hilarious and awesome at the same time. Other than that, the game couldn't end quick enough. Not even my candystriped warm-ups could help.

Yes, RIP 2008-09 Hoosiers. The best memories will be locked away in the mind of a guy named Santa. Safe to say, it can ONLY get better next season.

Glad its over. Very impressed with how Jones improved and improved greatly. Sadly I thought he was one of few players to really improve a great deal. Went from looking clueless to being by far the most consistent player. Now he just needs to get on the cream and the clear and put on about 20 lbs.
