I really donot see why folks have to trash the team and specific players. They are just kids on a big stage and under a microscope. I support DD in his effort to teach Ellis to be a man and I pray he gets it the first time. Why trash him? Trash Elliot SPitzer but not Ellis.

Crawford is a wonderful player for a freshman . DOes no one remember the to's from George McGinnis, QUinn Buckner, Isiah ?

Just wondering if you have watched Jordan or Ellis play this year Ellis is the glue to this team and since the first few games crawford might have just been are 3rd best player down the stretch he doesnt turn it over as much anymore can just as well is "EJ" and loves to pass the ball he will average 20 a game next year and you will be talking about how good he is......and jamarcus ellis won us the G Tech game so i think he has character

we aren't going to miss the tourney.....the only thing that we can do now is get a coach who can maybe bring some players with him....or at least pic up some in the spring and then build on the 09 recruiting class. I think we will be ok with a GOOD coach.

unknown "scout" hates on this guy when everyone else has holloway rated a lot higher than pritchard or roth .... the denial is amazing. we are gonna suck next year w/o holloway and ebanks (no one and done player is going to come to a school who cant play in the tourney b/c of ncaa violations)

I think when the smoke clears after the season you will find that Tom Pritchard is by far
the best player we have coming for 2008/2009. He was playing along side a top rated
forward however the kid got hurt and is out for the season. That made Tom the go to guy
and he has been great! He is a big and strong and loves to rebound and mix it up under
the basket. He can run the floor,has good hands and a nice shooting tough. He is a keeper.

In lieu of the Jamarcus Ellis mess, I was wondering if IU isn't better off without Kelvin Sampson because of the kind of kid he was recruiting to the university. Yes, Sampson brought in E.J. who seems like a nice enough kid though there are serious holes in his game but he also brought in Jamarcus Ellis, who has been a complete headache and Jordan Crawford, who is a turnover-ridden mess at the point. I think IU fans would rather lose with kids like D.J. White than win with no character guys like Ellis.
