My lineup, I think Bassett and Ellis will be reinstated. I'll say Holloway will recommit, but I won't get too optimistic and leave off Ebanks.

1- Bassett, Holloway
2- Crawford, Roth
3- Ellis
4- Taber/McGee/Thomas (like this year, we will see a lot of tinkering here)
5- Holman, Pritchard

This is still a good team, and I think we will sneak up on people next year.

Reading that this was mainly Greenspan's hire at least shows hes not a complete moron. Could you imagine what we'd be saying about him if he hired some no name. This went so much better than i expected.

I go to school at IU and graduated hs with Fink. I've never once heard anything of the sort. Gordon's a class act and its upsetting he probably wont be back next year.

DUDE...your wife shoots better layups than me...that shouldn't be a problem! Now 3's on the other hand...but like i said...did you watch "Bracey" James this year? Dude shot like 39.8% from the field...YIKES! and EVEN WORSE from DOWNTOWN (31%)

Marquette shot a lot of 3s this year...they were 246-697 (35%) as a team.
His 2007-2008 team with an "outstanding point guard" averaged 15 assists and 13 tournovers per game this year. That assist average is not very good in my opinion. They averaged around 76 points per game. I'm nervous abou them only shooting 80+ more free throws than field goals in the entire season. I just know that they shot alot and had two guards (McNeal and James) who could go to the rim almost at will. I didn't see enough of that for my pleasure as I watched Marq. play this year. I actually have a coaching book from Crean. A lot of "team" themes in the book. Lots of screens on offense. Very physical, in your face, pressure man-to-man defense. They were regarded as the most physical team in the Big East this year.
