I agree, imagine what is going to happen with our recruiting in 2-3 years when the program is ascending back into national prominence....

when TC can land a player like this, we have GREAT things to look forward to ...

as i read yesterday, 4 and 5 star recruits like to go to schools with top notch recruiting classes -- hopefully this is just the start of two great classes in '10 and '11...

Understood. I assume then they have not offered a new deadline after they added the charge. If you find out a new date can you clue us in so we can start making our protest signs ?

I think the "failure to monitor" charge is the reason it's taking a bit longer than expected. I'd expect some news by the middle to end of September at the latest.

Also , a long time ago the NCAA said they would announce sanctions around 8/3 or 8/4. I put it on my calender. Anybody know of a new "drop dead" date ?

Are they going to wait until all eyes are on basketball in Februrary to make a big example at the expense of IU ?

If he is truly a top 50 or #8 ranked layer in his class then I believe Carlino is so far the best and highest ranked player TC has recruited for IU and maybe even for Marquette. Usually I donot buy into the hype but this time .....................................I do
