Started by PostmanR · 12 months ago

Inside the Hall was at the Kentucky Hoop Fest on Friday in Louisville, Kentucky and caught up with the latest addition to Indiana’s 2009 recruiting class, Bloomington South guard Jordan Hulls.

On how he came to the decision to choose Indiana:

“The coaching staff and Coach Crean, I only knew him for two weeks and I knew […] ... Continue reading »

  • Great interview. That comment regarding the sactions is interesting, Crean says "everything is going to be fine." Think he "knows" what the NCAA will be doing? Or is it just a recruiting thing.........
  • Great interview......

    On a side note.....
Flip on my in-laws full cable and who do I see on NBA TV....One "Eric"where did Elton Brand go" Gordon...... First summer league game and here are some observations....

    1. EJ's ballhandling has gotten much better
    2. EJ can score.....23pts 7reb....8-17or so....
    3. EJ is short compared to Gerald Green
    4. EJ's shot is back and he has worked on his midrange game
    5. Finally.....EJ is a beast on defense when pushed. He REALLY frustrated gerald green and got into him. His long arms helps....and his NBA ready body also.

If you are a fantasy leaguer like me, EJ would be a solid 9-11th rounder ...maaaybe 8th round....
  • SWEET! Anybody know where I can find info on that on the Internet?
  • Well he was 5-18 which tell me his shooting isnt back but he has always been good on the defensive end and got to the line those will be his callin cards in the league getting to the line and playing tough defense hes a smaller version of Mitch Richmond a guy who could shoot and knew how to get to the line watch out NBA an All Star in the making
  • Yeah, 5-18, 27.8% from the field hardly qualifies that his shot is really back. 6 turnovers, 2 assists. 10-11 free throws. Seems like the same old Eric to me and with a healthy wrist. I'll reserve judgement on his performance later in the season.
  • Welcome back from where ever you disappeared to the last week or so. Thanks for th eencouraging update on EJ

Do you anyone else know where Pritchard is playing or has anyone seen him this summer ? He is key
  • welcome back kelin ...

great interview with jordan. seems like he's got his head in the right place coming to play for coach crean. i think he has great potential.,,

watched EJ last night as well for a few minutes. agree with what you said, and adding to that list, he was hustling up and down the court on every single play. i dont think we ever saw him move like that in any game this season....
  • Hey ITHers, I need some help here. I want to buy a C&C T-shirt for my father for his BD next week, but the shipping prices I have looked at on IUgear.com and several other stores are rediculas. A couple months back, I bought one of the same shirts on this website that had like 5 bucks shipping. I think the store was located in NY. The style of the shirt isn't like the one Crean held up at the press conference; more like an outline of a basketball in the background with C&C in front of it. Any ideas where I could find one like it with a sensible shipping price?
  • Try http://www.universitees.com/kiosks.cfm I don't know where you live in Indiana, but you can call these listing that are close to you and find out more info. I purchased my Crean n Crimson t shirt at Universitees at Glenbrook mall in Fort Wayne, IN for 10 bucks .....GOOD LUCK also try http://www.tisbookiu.com/index.cfm?afid=6
  • That first link is a cool one, that Fort Wayne one is the closest at an hour away though. I'm in way N Indiana about 20 minutes from the MI line. Should check it out though when I get down there for the dog training.

I will check out the tisbookiu link, may have to go with that.

    Thanks for your help!!
  • I had tried that a couple times before with no "results" on the particular website I was looking for. Thanks though!
  • Try this source. It is a place out of florida that I bought from (Tuckinshirt). They also have "Because It’s Indiana" shirts. Hope this helps. Don’t know the email but this link may help.

  • Anyone heard anything about an event replacing the barnstorming tour,or should we just continue to hate the ncaa and everyone affiliated with it.....
  • I read on hoop scoop that IU has not offered Van Treese....which supports why I have always thought he was overrated. Nice role player but not the best player on his team...
  • Okay BTown40 I c u repin the Fort Im from there 2.
  • Went to Harding class of 89,
  • Is rivals or scout more realistic in there player rankings or evaluations?
  • I prefer Scout over Rivals just because Dave Telep is the best analyst out there in my opinion and he's the head man over at Scout.
  • I bet there are a lot of folks on here from the northern Indiana area. As I said above, I am only 1 hour NE of Fort wayne as well.
  • Hoosiergirl you live anywhere close to Angola. I am from Fort Wayne, but I drive for UPS and my route is in Angola/Fremont area..
  • Your getting closer, - 1/2 hour SW of there, Shipshewana area: One of the most finatic high school basketball towns around. Almost like the hoosiers movie hometown, its called "packed out" on game night. Went to semi state last year, Westview warriors.
  • Bunch of Amish boys playin barn ball....How many points did Bontrager and Graber score.......just kiddin I just remember going to the Shipshewanna flea market on Tuesdays as a kid having my parents dragging me up and down all those rows was brutal
  • HA!!! The Amish boys discription pretty much sums it up. You forgot all the Millers though. Did get ranked #2 in state last year so I guess the wednesday night Ice cream supper Bball games did pay off. lol Got a great coach though.

I hear you about that flea market, man; if you ever want to see a whole bunch of terrorists at one time, there' s the place to go. i.e. terrorists = tourists
