I also tried out the Big Ten Network streaming of Purdue's exhibition game. The visuals are pretty decent. I remember trying it in previous years and it was impossible to watch the game with all the starts & stops. The main downside I see is that there is no time & score in the corner that you would get in a normal broadcast. You get the radio broadcast, which is an improvement over TV most nights.

and as another comment... it would be worthwhile to allow people to hide their picks until the game starts and then 'lock' them but i don't know if this would be feasible. otherwise, you can just look at who everyone else is picking to try to rig your picks to move up, maintain a lead, etc.
