OK< OK imagine we are expanding the Big 10 and adding another team, would you consider Kentucky or Louisville?

I don't think either UL or UK would be good fits. I know there are lots of opinions out there on this but for me its Notre Dame or nothing,

Oh man, what a dumb idea that press conference was. Was this the UofL version of his "Larry Bird is not walking through that door" speach when he was with the Celtics?

wait did he not boink this lady in the bathroom and then pay for a "smismorshon".. man up and take it! quit making it sound like its all this womans fault! clinton handled the lewinski thing better than Pitino has this one.. just shut up and coach!

This press conference was in direct response to the release and airing by the media of the police interview with the woman who accused him and answering machine messages that she had saved (probably to use in her extortion attempt).

Man this guy has a huge ego. Don't get me wrong I'm a New Yorker and we all have ego, but this is excessive. What a jerk. Honestly, I'm at the point that if Teague goes to Louisville or Kentucky, I honestly wouldn't mind. If the kid doesn't realize who these people are than he's an idiot who only cares about going to the NBA. Kelin bro, you had it right all along.

Did everyone forget in the begining he didnt even KNOW this lady.
Does anyone remember when he was at Kentucky. And Kinight and Pitino made a deal that they wouldnt use Big 10 or SEC Refs. They didnt in Bloomington but when we went to Ripoff arena he had SEC Refs.
I knew then this man cant be trusted with anything he says.

My favorite part was when he complained that the media was covering this story on the same day Ted Kennedy died...Hello, you called a press conference for no reason on the day Ted Kennedy died.

Alex and jgon nailed it. The dude loves the spotlight - positive or negative - and just as attention begins to wane, here he is again drumming up business. To me, it sounded like a rallying cry to his potential recruits. Teague can do whatever he wants, I don't really care if he comes to B-Town, or not. But, I think this is hurting Coach Paternal more than anyone is letting on.
