I think this is the best way to keep a player like him involved offensively.  Here is why.  1.  The hook allows him to move a few feet either direction.  2.  The hook keeps him near the basket  and ready for rebounds. 3.  The hook is a difficult shot to stop meaning Jobe can force the opponent to foul him thus putting pressure on the other team.  4.
