In the 2nd half they seemed to zoom in on the action more, which made it better viewing. Not sure why they did that, but maybe somebody was actually looking at it from a real viewer's perspective.

And yeah, the scoreboard was terrible. I couldn't see that to save my life. But for a die hard Hoosier fan, I have to say it was worth it. I need the visual.

Our big men in general missed a TON of shots down low, not going up strong and worrying about the block. That wont fly in b10 play.

Loved the way Hulls played along with Watford, didnt see enough out of Creek considering the talk is he is the most advanced of the group. Loved the man to man defense and the aggression involved.

Need to get back on defense, gave up WAY too many transition baskets. This is why we play em, i think next game (Howard on Monday i believe) will be a better sign as to whats to come from this bunch after getting a little film time.

Hulls is money when he is open. I think he may be starting before B10 season comes around.

I also thought Capobianco looked decent, but i don't think he will stay in there very long because of foul trouble.

VJIII and JR need to come out of the gates more aggressive. When JR started taking the ball to the rack, he was hard to stop.

I was dissapointed in the picture quality also.

My thoughts on the game:

Hulls may be as good as advertised. He is going to be a great 4 year player.

I liked what I saw out of Watford. Good motor but is a little raw.

Pritchard needs to finish much better. I hoped that would have fixed this problem in the off season but, he still missed several shots under the basket.

I've liked what I've seen thus far from the point guards (VJ III, Rivers, Hulls), but the substitutions have (understandibly) been so fast and frequent that it's hard to get a true feel for any one player. I've not heard the Dumes name mentioned much in the broadcast though, but then, the play-by-play guy tonight really sucks, so it could be an oversight.

Really like VJ III aggressive nature on offense. Not going to take long at all to fall in love with Hulls and his style of play. Agree on Tom, but as a team they are letting grace get too many baskets in transition. I love the aggression when switching to man defense, a few silly mistakes on Off and 6-8 missed 5 footers away from being up double digits.

I haven't been too impressed with the video feed. I mean it runs ok...but for 2.99 I guess I expected more. At least the audio is on pace with the video. I just wish it was a little clearer when I go full screen with it.

It seems to me like Pritchard is a little quicker this year, but that might just be the competition he's up against right now. Otherwise, it's nice to see everyone getting in on the action. Watford looks like he has a nice stroke judging from his FTs. VJ III looks like a confident player this year. Nothing too incredible so far, but it's just the first game - and it's an exhibition.

Obviously alot to work on, but what sticks out so far is VJIII on offense and Rivers on Defense.
